Shipping policy

• All orders aim to be shipped next working day by Royal Mail (48hr tracked and signed for) or FedEx 

• The courier will be confirmed on your dispatch notification email along with tracking information.

• Due to the competitive nature of our prices ALL orders will incur a delivery charge of £4.95.

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Northern Ireland & International Shipping

Unfortunately, there are surcharges enforced on us by our courier for deliveries to select postcodes in Northern Ireland. Therefore, we do not ship to Northern Ireland, Europe or Internationally

Where is my order?

Please note, during certain times of the year courier services are extremely busy which can delay orders, this is unfortunately outside our control, but we will always do our best to resolve any issues.

If we are unable to dispatch your order within 2 working days we will advise you by email and you will have the option of agreeing a new delivery date or cancelling the order and receiving a full refund.

Your order should arrive in 2-3 working days from order confirmation. If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please get in touch with your order number in the first instance so that we can investigate this. 

Any orders reported missing after 21 days of placing the order are not able to be investigated.
